It is time for enrolling your kids for the 2007 season.
We have attached two documents for your signature. They can be downloaded from the Shared Documents section
1. WVYR Release
· Please read , date and sign
2. 2007 cipp player (US Rugby participant enrollment)
·Only fill out the Player information in section 1 starting at Date of Birth
· We only accept personal checks for dues
·Sign and date the Signature section
3. 2007 Participant Fee
· $125 ( includes Uniform and Ball) made out to SCYRA
Note : if you are new to Rugby and first want to try out the January 6 Clinic, you do not have to pay the participant fee
Please still complete the paperwork. We will not expect payment for new players until after they have attended the first clinic and decide they want to play.
