We will have an informal training session tomorrow at Warner Park between Owensmouth and Topanga Canyon Blvd.
Please make sure the kids bring running shoes as well.
We will meet at 10am and practice until noon. We have a lot of techncal work to cover and will use this session to get a lot of the technical work done. We will also have a fitness session.
