Title:
u10 and u12 rugby tournament in Costa Mesa this Saturday March 13
Body:
PLEASE BE THERE NO LATER THAN 8:15 (Many of our players will be playing in both U10 and U12)
Teams below are now locked for our Tournament on Saturday. Thanks for everyone's patience and flexibility over the past 2 weeks...this was no easy task to put together. Weather looks good. The stars are finally aligned, and we are ready to play some rugby. Here are a few important items to take note of.

1. We will play at Estancia High School in Costa Mesa

address: Estancia High School, 2323 Placentia Ave., Costa Mesa, CA 92627

You should park in the back parking lot of the high school (fields are in the back of the school)

2. Registration is from 8am - 8:45am. 1st games go off at 9am sharp. ALL TEAMS MUST PLAN TO ARRIVE at 8:00am. There will be a main tent / hub set up for this registration. Plan on being at the field pretty much all day. The U8's and U10's will finish up at 2:30pm, semifinals are at 1pm and the finals are at 2pm. the U12's will finish up at 4pm.

3. We will provide lunch to all players and coaches. we will also offer a good mix of food for purchase. There will be a tournament break between 11:30 - 1pm for lunch and a few challenge events that should be a lot of fun for the kids.

4. We will have awards for the top teams in each group - U8, U10 and U12.

5. We will have organized challenge events (individual and team) from 11:30am - 1pm for the children. Awards will be given as well.

6. REFEREES - For U8 and U10, we need each team to provide a referee. When your team is not playing, you may be required to ref a game. We will publish a formal schedule of games, and next to each game, we will assign a team name as the referee. The team name as referee, means that team MUST provide the referee for that game. We dont care who refs so long as the individual knows the game and knows has to ref (The refs will most likely be 1 of the coaches). There will be no conflicts, as you will only be scheduled to ref when you DO NOT have a game. This will be published before the tournament. So this is just a heads-up and something to think about.

7. I will send over the pools / brackets later today, along with some basic rules. The specific team names will not be referenced, but the format, game times, etc. will be clear.

U10 Teams – 16 total teams - three (3) dedicated fields

U12 Teams – 16 total teams two (2) dedicated fields
